We're looking for a Customer Sales Representative to manage enquires, enrolments and tours for our centres. With over 10 centres across NSW and growing all the time, Little Zak's Academy is looking to expand our marketing and sales team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we're looking for a Customer Sales Representative to manage enrolments, waitlists, and book tours accordingly. Great earning potential for the right candidate who is results driven and passionate about sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and book tours across all centres.
- Manage new leads and waitlists to fill vacancies.
- Take new enrolments and centre enrolment enquires.
- Work closely with the marketing manager and directors to maximise results.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- A proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- The ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base.
- A strong aptitude for organisation and attention to detail.
